Florida Town Guide (floridatownguide.com) is an independent travel guide covering small towns, hidden beaches, and local experiences across Florida. We are operated as a sole proprietorship and can be reached at partners@floridatownguide.com.

We currently collect very little personal data. Here is what may be gathered when you visit the site:
- Server logs: Your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited may be recorded automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes. This data is not used to identify individuals and is retained according to Cloudflare's own data retention policy.
- Email contact: If you email us directly at partners@floridatownguide.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
- Search queries: The site search bar processes your input locally in your browser. Search queries are not transmitted to our servers or stored.
3. Analytics
We currently have no analytics tracking active on this site. When analytics are implemented at launch, we will update this policy to describe what data is collected, how it is used, and how to opt out. We expect to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

This site does not currently set any first-party cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. Some images on this site are served from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). When your browser loads these images, Unsplash may log your IP address in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not share any personal data with Unsplash.
We also link to external websites — regional guides, state parks, local businesses — from our editorial content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites and recommend you review their policies before providing any personal information.
6. Partner & Advertiser Enquiries
If you contact us through the "Partner with Us" link, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to partnership enquiries. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
When advertising or affiliate programmes are introduced at launch, this section will be updated to describe how partner data is handled, what information is shared with advertisers, and how to opt out.
7. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
